The self-braking EXO AP descender makes it easier to quickly move horizontally, climb out a window, control and stop a descent, or limit the force transmitted to the user in the case of a fall. If you pull too hard on the system’s handle, the anti-panic function will brake and stop a descent automatically.

The Aramid fiber static rope resists abrasion and high temperatures to help ensure a safe descent. The Am’D connection that’s integrated with the device features a CAPTIV positioning bar that keeps it in the right position during use.

The Am’D lightweight asymmetrical carabiner is made of aluminum. It has a D shape particularly suited for connection to diverse equipment such as descenders or positioning lanyards. Its fluid interior design and Keylock system facilitate handling.
