Nupla Corp 4' Pike Pole D with Grip Handle

This Pike Pole has a 2.5 lb. ductile iron pike head, 4' fiberglass handle length with steel D-grip handle. The Poles are used by firefighters to pull down and search for fires hidden behind sheetrock in walls and ceilings, and for ventilating structures by breaking windows. Also used for salvage operations and in such events as constructing water chutes to displace water. Ductile iron head can withstand intense heat and flame. Poles have been used for reaching, holding, pulling, lifting such as the sides of a timber framed structure like a barn. Also used in lumbering i.e. log rafting to control logs while floating them down river.
