The shape and cut of the vest provide increased ballistic protection while still allowing freedom of movement for providers to perform advanced medical care. An optional armored abdomen extender is available for additional ballistic coverage. The smaller armored cummerbund can be purchased separately to provide a custom fit with greater comfort for smaller providers.
