This commendation bar was created to recognize the Public Safety professionals involved in the recovery efforts of Hurricane Harvey.

Unique commendation bar created for the first responders of Hurricane Harvey. The bar features the hurricane symbol in left section, Hurricane Harvey Recovery 2017 in the center and the Texas flag in right section.
