Water-Jel Burn Dressings

Water-Jel First Responder Burn Dressings are pre-saturated with a new ordor-free, crystal clear gel.

Proven safe & effective, they offer all the same clinical benefits of original Water-Jel products, helping to stop the burning process and burn progression while dissipating extreme heat and relieving pain.

The new gel is crystal-clear and fragrance-free – now with hyaluronic acid and a paraben-free broad spectrum preservative system.

This clear gel allows you to see through the gel for an unobstructed assessment of burn wounds at any time. Water-Jel burn care products are non-adherent, utilize 96% water in a gel form for convective cooling (not evaporative cooling), which helps minimize the risk of treatment-induced hypothermia. Supportive water cooling is not required.
